Cultural and Personal Beliefs: Your cultural, religious, and personal beliefs will be respected and incorporated into your care plan. 

Independence and Autonomy: You will maintain as much independence and control over your life as possible, with support tailored to your abilities and goals. 

Feedback and Advocacy: You can provide feedback, make complaints, and have them addressed promptly and fairly without fear of retribution. You also have access to advocacy and support services. 

 Client Responsibilities 

Respect and Consideration: Treat staff, other clients, and visitors with respect and consideration. 

Accurate Information: Share relevant information about your health, preferences, and needs to enable us to provide appropriate care. 

Engagement and Adherence: Engage in the planning and delivery of your care and services, adhere to agreed care plans, and communicate any changes in your needs or circumstances. 

Property and Safety: Take care of the property and resources provided for your use, and act in a manner that does not put yourself or others at risk. 

Feedback and Communication: Provide honest feedback about your experiences with our services to help us improve and maintain high standards of care, and report any concerns or issues promptly. 

Diversity and Policy Adherence: Appreciate and respect the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles of other clients and staff members, and follow the policies and procedures set by New Growth Care Group.
