New Growth Care Group Pty Ltd encourages you to give us feedback or a compliment based on your experience with our organisation.
It is okay to complain if you are not happy. Tell us when you are upset about; (1) the support you received, (2) your support worker, (3) New Growth Care Group Pty Ltd.
If you do not feel comfortable telling us about your complaint, you should tell someone you trust like your: Mum, Dad, Brother, Sister, trusted friend
You can also get help from a professional, independent advocate, Support Coordinator, allied health therapists and/or team leaders and members to provide feedback

Managing Compliments and Feedback
If there is a problem, our admin team will:
(1) Talk with you about your issues
(2) Write down everything you say
(3) Plan to fix the issue
(4) Escalate to management if required
To keep you safe, if your feedback involves someone being put in serious danger or being hurt, we will be required to report this to the police and the NDIS
Everything else you tell us remains private and confidential
