Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client health, report changes, and provide emotional support.
- Encourage social inclusion and engagement through companionship and support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
