This stunning property at on Hawson Avenue is truly something special. Originally built in the 1930s, it’s been beautifully restored with all the charm of its period character still shining through, think rich hardwood floors, high ceilings, and gorgeous English-style windows that fill the rooms with natural light.
But what makes this home even more exciting is what’s happening next. Our team is already hard at work transforming the space to make it fully accessible for our residents. We’re widening doorways, adding ramps, and thoughtfully adapting each room so it feels welcoming, safe, and easy for everyone to enjoy. We’re opening up the living areas and every design decision is being made with comfort, independence, and quality of life in mind.
